If you would like to return your order for any quality issues, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

To return a purchase, you send us an email through service@starrygown.com. We will reply to the email to tell you whether the return request is approved. After the request is approved, you can send the product back to us.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURN CHARGE:
If the buyer needs to return an item (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size etc.), the buyer should pay the return freight.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached. Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the items along with applicable taxes but shipping and any rush fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. We encourage customers to inspect and try on all items as soon as they are delivered.

Please note that if you take your dress to a seamstress and decide to return it instead of altering it, the dress must be in original condition. If the dress arrives back and has pins or pin marks, a refund will be rejected.

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at service@starrygown.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. It usually takes 3-7 business days to process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any additional questions.

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

If you’ve done all of this and have waited over 7 days and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@starrygown.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should contact service@starrygown.com. Our staff will get in touch with you, and you can return the product after confirmation. If you return the product without confirmation, our warehouse cannot identify the sender, which will cause your refund unavailable.

No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 100 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • The return or replacement is only applicable to product purchased on Starrygown.com. If you purchased your StarryGown product from a third-party seller, please reach out to the seller.
  • Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund or a replacement for all eligible product(s).
  • Please note that all returnable items must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds. To qualify for a replacement or refund, All returnable items must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. If the item is returned for no reason, then we will deduct the return shipping fee from the returned amount.
  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
